Wayne Cowan came to Omni in 2014, with over twenty years of experience as a project manager in construction. After graduating with a BA in Architecture from Columbia University, Wayne spent his early years working for an architect's office, but soon discovered his passion for the construction side of the process. Over the course of his career, Wayne has gained tremendous experience managing construction projects while working for industry leaders such as BEX Construction, the University of Kentucky's Capital Projects Management Division, Woodford Builders, and his own C&G Construction Company. Wayne has extensive experience with a variety of delivery methods, and he has an excellent reputation for delivering projects on budget and very often ahead of schedule.
