Once the new Science Education Center and other classroom facilities on the Newtown campus were completed, BCTC realized the need for a facility to provide student services/intake functions, supported by the increase in student enrollment on the Newtown campus. Omni Architects designed the renovation and addition to a historic structure on campus, formerly known as the Laundry Building. This structure is of historic significance for the campus and the work associated with this project was sympathetic to that significance.
Programs in the facility include:

• Academics A & P/testing

• Financial Aid

• Admissions

• Registrar

• Bursar

• Campus Bookstore

• Grab and Go Food Service/dining area

• Community History Gallery and Reception

• Small Auditorium – 90-120 seat
