Omni Architects Goes the Distance at Survive the Night Triathlon Relay
On the weekend of July 18–19, 2025, a team of Omni Architects staff—racing as Team DrafterHours—took on the inspiring Survive the Night Triathlon at Kroger Field in Lexington, Kentucky. Hosted by Ironcology, this overnight endurance event raises funds and awareness for cancer support services across our community.
The triathlon included a 2.4-mile swim, a 120-mile bike ride, and a full 26.2-mile run, all completed by relay teams through the night. Additional marathon and ultra-distance relay formats offered more ways to participate—and every one of them helped support cancer patients with much-needed resources such as gas cards, meals, lodging, and emotional support.
Omni’s Team DrafterHours—featuring Teddi Hibberd, Nick Abend, Chad Gallas, Erin Ruhl, Leo Biagi, Lauren Osborne, Janette Marmo, Ari Sogin, Mara McDonald, Jordan Hines, and Ryan Moore—showed extraordinary teamwork and determination throughout the event. From dusk until dawn, they swam, biked, and ran their hearts out under the stars, fueled by music, camaraderie, and an unwavering commitment to the cause.
We’re incredibly proud of our team for their grit, spirit, and dedication to giving back. Congratulations to everyone who participated, cheered, or volunteered—together, we didn’t just survive the night—we helped others thrive.
