Manczyk completes AIA KY CKLDP Program
Omni Architects is proud to announce that Mark Manczyk, AIA, Senior Associate and Shareholder, has successfully completed the 2026 class of the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP), a prestigious professional development initiative sponsored by AIA Kentucky.
Established in 2024, the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program is a highly competitive, nine-month experience designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the architecture profession. Each year, only 16 emerging professionals from across the Commonwealth are selected to participate in the program, which focuses on developing leadership, entrepreneurship, business management, and communication skills essential to the future success of architectural practice.
Mark joined Omni Architects in 2016 and has become a key leader within the firm, contributing to a wide range of higher education, civic, and community-focused projects. As a Senior Associate and Shareholder, he has demonstrated a commitment to thoughtful design, client service, and mentorship while helping advance Omni’s mission of creating environments that strengthen communities and improve lives.
Throughout the CKLDP experience, participants engage in intensive workshops, collaborative learning opportunities, leadership assessments, and discussions with industry leaders. The program challenges architects to expand their understanding of firm management, professional advocacy, business development, and personal leadership, equipping them to make meaningful contributions both within their firms and throughout the profession.
Mark's graduation from the program continues Omni Architects’ strong tradition of leadership development and professional engagement. He becomes the third member of the firm to complete the program since its inception, joining colleagues Chad Gallas and Teddi Hibberd, who have embraced opportunities to strengthen their leadership capabilities and contribute to the future of architecture in Kentucky.
