The Accuromm Manufacturing Facility provides specialty tooling for the automotive and related industries. The company is owned by four joint-venture partners, Toyota Tsusho America, Inc.; Fuji-Seiko, Ltd.; Juken Kogyo Company, Ltd.; and Sansetsu Warehouse Company, Ltd.
Partnering with Gray Construction, Omni designed this state-of-the-art building featuring overhead structural joist girders, which thread from the exterior of the office wing into the interior of the manufacturing wing. An exterior canopy separates the two wings.
The public wing contains enclosed offices, open office space, a conference room, kitchen, restrooms, and reception area. The manufacturing wing includes a machine shop, mechanical room, inspection area, cafeteria, office space, storage, and restrooms.
