Our Director of Construction Administration, Al Warner, and the project manager screen suppliers, prepare agreements, and confirm the qualifications of subcontractors. Throughout construction phase, Omni visits the site regularly to conduct meetings, document progress, and address any issues that may arise.

Even when the project is complete, our work continues. We oversee warranty and replacement work, conduct one-year reviews to ensure all systems and components are fulfilling their intended purposes, and make recommendations regarding maintenance schedules.
