THE NUMBERS PROVE IT. We are skilled at controlling the cost of a project. Since 1983, the average difference between bid and estimate for our projects has been less than 1 percent, well below the industry average of 5 percent.

When we develop an estimate for the construction cost of a project, we go through a demanding process.

  • Create a list of of all the associated expenses

  • Prioritize expenses as a guideline for the client.

  • Estimate the cost of each item using regional databases that we have developed

  • Compare the cost of similar projects

  • Factor the impact of inflation

  • Determine the availability of labor and materials

  • Continually monitor costs throughout the project
