Omni Architects has been awarded the design contract for the construction of Phase 2 of the Bluegrass Community & Technical College, Newtown Campus in Lexington, Kentucky. The new building is anticipated to include 112,000 GSF of general education, allied health, and technical instruction space, as well as administrative and support spaces.
