Southcreek Office Park
Lexington, Kentucky

Southcreek Park consists of two commercial office buildings constructed approximately three years apart. The front building contains 32,200 SF on three floors and the rear building contains 39,000 SF on four floors.
The buildings are steel frame with matching precast concrete panels. Both buildings emphasize strong horizontal lines with strip windows only slightly recessed behind the precast face. The second building incorporates step-backs on the third and fourth floors which provide large terraces for those tenants.
This office park was among the first in Lexington to make a permanent water feature of the required water retention basin. Other site amenities include site furnishings and a generous number of trees and shrubs to screen and break up the parking areas.
