erlanger, ky

Omni was selected as architects and interior designers for the two phases of the Baptist Village retirement center, designed to serve the elderly in three counties of Northern Kentucky. The client desired a traditional style facility to provide an inviting and warm place of residence for senior citizens.

Phase One, The Long House, consisted of 48 units. The top floor is comprised of 19 assisted living apartments and includes efficiency, one bedroom, and two bedroom arrangements. The remaining 29 units are one and two bedroom layouts. Amenities include a full kitchen, private and family dining, conference rooms, game room, TV lounges on each floor, and administrative offices.

Phase Two, the Munro House, contains 58 one bedroom, assisted-living apartments with kitchens and baths to allow residents to maintain a feeling of independence. Also contained in the building is a multi-purpose room that is used for corporate dining, craft classes, or programs group performances. In additions, this building includes a rental office, central laundry facilities, centralized trash collection, and storage areas.
