The EKU College of Justice and Safety’s Law Enforcement Training Center serves the Department of Criminal Justice and the Department of Safety, Security and Emergency Management. These programs include courses designed to provide students with the fundamental physical abilities and knowledge to protect citizens from threats to their safety and security. EKU’s nationally-recognized Program of Distinction, the college provides the only four-year policing program in Kentucky and one of the few in the nation dedicated to professional policing.

The 57,470 SF training center consists of two stories, one of which projects beyond the building envelope and contains an interior running track. The facility contains classrooms, training rooms, general administrative offices, multipurpose training rooms, and conference rooms. The building is located on the existing Law Enforcement Training Campus and connects with adjacent structures.
