The Corporate Center Office Building, also referred to as the Jockey Club, is a 45,000 SF, four-story office building located in Lexington’s Corporate Center off Harrodsburg Road at New Circle. The owner required that it be efficient (87% rentable space) and economical, yet possess the presence to make it highly visible from Lexington’s heavily traveled New Circle Road.

The building derives energy efficiency from its silver insulated reflective glass walls. The design strategy shifts the three structural bays to provide offsets that afford additional coveted corner offices. A poured-in-place concrete frame was utilized to easily meet fire safety codes.
