Inside/Outside presents concept for Town Branch

Dutch firm Inside/Outside was selected as one of five design firms to present their concept for the Town Branch Commons Master Plan to the Lexington Downtown Development Authority. The Inside/Outside team included the local firms of Omni Architects and Carman Associates for landscape architecture.

Topping Out ceremony held for UofL SRC

A "Topping Out" ceremony for U of L's new Student Recreation Center took place Tuesday, February 5. U of L President James Ramsey and more than 50 students signed the final beam before workers installed it.

Omni announces staff promotions

Omni is pleased to announce the following staff promotions:

Jody Boelhauf has been promoted to Senior Associate level. Boelhauf has been with Omni Architects since 2006 and is a licensed architect. He earned a Masters of Architecture from Tulane University.

Marketing Manager Deborah Cutts has been promoted to Associate level. Deb joined Omni in January of 2012. She attended the University of Kentucky and earned certification as a Professional Services Marketer from the Society for Marketing Professional Services in 2001.

What’s 110 feet long, 10 feet wide and requires special transportation plans to get to the construction site? The steel trusses for the floor and roof of the new University of Louisville Student Recreation Center!

Maysville CTC Licking Valley Campus Opens New Wing

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Thursday, October 4, for the new Health Sciences Wing of Maysville Community & Technical College's Licking Valley Campus. Omni designed the new 8,000 square foot wing, which features instructional and administrative space such as nursing and simulation labs. The new space will support the growth of the Licking Valley Campus Nursing and Allied Health program.
